This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and yard operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment.This is a hands-on opportunity within a fast-paced warehouse environment offering stability, growth potential, and long-term opportunity for reliable team members.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate sit-down forklift equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipmentsPull, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickupStock inventory and maintain proper product placement throughout the warehouseProcess shipments using small package and LTL carriersReceive and verify incoming shipments for accuracyAssist with inventory counts and inventory control proceduresMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areasUtilize shipping and inventory management software to process ordersSupport shipping and receiving operations as neededServe as a backup delivery driver when requiredWork outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of yard responsibilitiesFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse policiesPerform additional warehouse and yard duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferredPrevious sit-down forklift experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shiftComfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environmentsBasic computer and data entry skills requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical work environmentReliable transportation and strong attendance history requiredValid driver's license preferred for backup delivery responsibilitiesAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPeoplelink Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
