We partner with leading AI labs and researchers advancing the next generation of intelligent systems.About the RoleWe are hiring Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists with deep Epic EHR experience to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems on real-world clinical documentation workflows.This role focuses heavily on documentation integrity, physician query workflows, diagnosis clarification, and chart review processes within Epic environments. You will help AI systems better understand how healthcare organizations improve documentation accuracy, support coding integrity, and optimize reimbursement workflows.Hourly Rate: $115/hrResponsibilitiesReview AI-generated clinical documentation scenarios for accuracy and operational realism Evaluate Epic-based CDI workflows involving inpatient and outpatient documentation review Analyze physician query scenarios, DRG optimization workflows, and documentation clarification processes Translate real-world clinical documentation review processes into structured evaluation tasks Provide written feedback on healthcare documentation accuracy and workflow quality Document reasoning clearly across coding, diagnosis, and clinical documentation scenariosRequirements2–6+ years of professional Epic EHR experience in CDI or clinical documentation environments Experience reviewing inpatient or outpatient documentation for coding accuracy and reimbursement integrity Strong familiarity with physician query processes and documentation improvement workflows Working knowledge of ICD-10 coding concepts and healthcare documentation standards Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills High attention to detail and workflow consistencyPreferred BackgroundsCandidates with experience in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:Clinical Documentation Improvement Acute Care Documentation Review DRG Optimization Physician Query Management Coding Compliance Hospital Documentation Operations Health Information ManagementExperience with CCDS, CDIP, or related documentation integrity certifications is a plus.
