Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description Duties:- Greet and welcome office visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system to the appropriate staff members- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the organization- Schedule appointments and maintain physical and desktop calendars for owners- Coordinate events as assigned- Assist with clerical tasks such as physical/digital filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents- Maintain a clean and organized office- Maintain office supplies- Occasional check pickup at various locations- Weekly bank deposits- Receive daily mail dellivery- Check work email throughout the work day- Process over the phone material ordersRequirements:- Proven experience in a construction office or in a similar role- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Must have problem solving skills- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)- Ability to handle confidential information with discretionPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
