Creative TechnologistAs a Creative Technologist, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and creative vision, automating workflows and building data-driven digital experiences that connect brands with consumers. You will collaborate daily with Art Directors, Digital Producers, and Engineers to turn innovative ideas into high-performance reality. This is an outstanding opportunity for a tinker at heart. By blending your curiosity with technical insight, you will directly influence Epsilon's overall direction and ensure we deliver outstanding, impactful work from day one.Responsibilities:Mastery of Emerging Tech: Advance your skills in GSAP, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering to stay at the forefront of the creative technologist field.Proprietary Innovation: Prototype Epsilon's next generation of advanced creative tools, keeping our agency ahead of the digital media revolution.Operational Excellence: Automate workflows to increase team capacity and scale high-volume, data-driven experiences for global clients without sacrificing quality.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a vital bridge between 100+ designers and engineering partners, translating technical constraints into creative wins.Strategic Influence: Provide direct input into the company's strategic direction and navigate "uncharted waters" to avoid technical pitfalls.Global Career Growth: Access specialized training and certifications with a clear advancement path within the Publicis Groupe network.Qualifications:3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git).Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.A proven understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development.Strong debugging skills and the ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments.A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or completion of a relevant coding bootcamp.Why you might stand out from other talent:You don't just use AI; you know how to apply prompt and context engineering to tackle unique design challenges.You are naturally curious and take action—whether building custom Python/Bash scripts or exploring new SDD frameworks.You navigate fluently between creative brainstorming and engineering logic, acting as the "connective tissue" for the team.You value speed-to-feedback, prototyping ideas quickly to gather data, and iterating until the solution is best-in-class.Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data analytics software and experience in vertical markets like finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail.Because You Matter:As an Epsilon employee, you deserve perks and benefits that put you, your family and your finances first.
