Senior Hardware Engineer – AI Chip DesignPalo Alto, CA | $300k–$400k + EquityWe’re a fast-growing AI startup rethinking how chips are designed and we’re looking for a senior hardware engineer to lead the way.If you’ve led RTL teams and delivered tapeouts at companies like Apple, NVIDIA, or Synopsys, this is your chance to step out of the big-company machine and directly shape the future of hardware design.In this role you’ll:Be the go-to authority for hardware design.Define validation frameworks and design methodologies.Mentor the founding hardware team and guide ML engineers.Work directly with customers to turn requirements into designs.We need 5+ years in chip design, tapeout experience, and strong Verilog/SystemVerilog expertise.
