Guest Service Agent

### Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. ### Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests - Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments - Perform night audit duties as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports - Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience ### Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Multilingual skills are a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software is desirable - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
