This role primarily focuses on introducing and selling our Peel and Pour Pods, building relationships with key decision makers, and delivering a convenient high-quality beverage solution that meets workplace needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and referralsConduct in-person meetings, product samplings, and tasting within office environmentsEducate potential customers on the value and convenience of our Peel and Pour beverage line and productsBuild and maintain relationships with office managers and key decision makersManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and even beyond, to ensure repeat orders/subscription managementMaintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting with CRM (Salesforce)Stay informed on product offers, pricing, and competition in the industryQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in sales or business1-3+ years of B2B or field-sales experience1+ year of sales experience, with proven track record of closing and acquiring new businessExperience using CRM and lead generation tools (Salesforce, Spotio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)Value-based selling, including MEDDIC or similar sales methodologySelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environmentMust be able to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as neededMust have a clean driving record and a valid driver license- a company car will be provided when availableKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, analytical and proactive problem-solving skillsProficient at closing sales through cold leads and warm leadsEmbody a true 'hunter' mentalityTake ownership, identify opportunities, and act proactively as if building the business from the ground upStrong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and to high expectationsProfessional, positive, and proactive written and verbal communication skills and presentation skillsSuperior presentation skills to tell a compelling story and influence decision makersAbility to work effectively autonomously and within a team environment
