Warehouse Associate / Driver

Position Overview Bennett Agricultural Supply is seeking two dependable Warehouse Associates / Delivery Drivers to support agricultural operations across Maui. These positions plays a key role in receiving, organizing, and delivering agricultural products including fertilizers, irrigation supplies, and crop inputs to farms and customers. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that supports Hawaii agriculture. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Prepare and stage orders for delivery Deliver agricultural products to farms and customers across Maui Safely operate delivery trucks and warehouse equipment Assist with loading and unloading pallets and bulk materials Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy Follow all safety procedures for handling agricultural products Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding deliveries and inventory Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Dependable and punctual Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic forklift experience preferred (training available) Preferred Experience Warehouse or delivery experience Agricultural or irrigation industry experience Forklift or equipment operation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Full-time position Health benefits available Stable year-round employment Opportunity for advancement within the company Schedule Monday – Friday Occasional overtime during busy agricultural seasons
