JdThis is a Day 2 operations position combining Technical Support Engineer (TSE), GCP Support, and SRE Mentoring responsibilities. Core activities include:Operations and support of GDC air-gapped environmentsIncident resolution, including those generated by Alert SapphireExecuting and validating SOPsTriaging and driving resolution of SAP customer issuesOn-call coverage (including P0/P1 overnight incidents)Key profile requirements (based on the GDC IO Evaluation Framework):Strong Kubernetes background - CKA certification preferred (team needs minimum 4 CKA-level IOs)CKAD level for every IOGit knowledgeRelevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Linux SysAdmin, or K8s AdministrationGCP experience is a strong plus
