This role is remote.If you are interested in this Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) position, please apply to this posting.Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Compensation$17.50 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates)Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) HighlightsContract assignment - based on attendance, performance and business needs it could extend or go direct.Fully remoteSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMRequired availability: ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysOVERVIEWhandle remote customer order support by answering questions about order status/product information, processing returns, documenting accounts, and coordinating with the billing team to resolve disputes via phone/chat/email.NoteThis role involves handling sensitive customer situations, including calls from patients or family members; empathy and professionalism are required.Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product information requestsProcess customer returns according to established policies and proceduresWork closely with the Medical Billing team to help resolve disputed billing chargesProvide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectationsCommunicate with customers through web chat and email (in addition to other channels as needed)Maintain accurate, detailed notes in customer accounts to ensure proper and timely follow-upPerform other duties and tasks as assignedCustomer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and customer documentationIntermediate math skills (discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer skills (Word processing, Excel, Access and/or other database software)Familiarity with call center tools (dialer/telecommunications software) or ability to learn quicklyAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysCustomer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting customers in a medical supply or healthcare environmentExperience with returns processing and/or billing dispute supportComfort handling sensitive calls with empathy and professionalismStrong documentation skills in a high-volume environmentIf you think this Customer Care Representative (Returns & Billing Support) position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!JOB ID 170322
