Medical Assistant/Scribe

Medical Scribe/AssistantGrowing medical group is seeking a Medical Scribe/Assistant who has interest and knowledge in musculoskeletal concerns and/or family medicine. Candidates should be interested in working with patients of all ages.Must have the ability to listen attentively and discern what information to add to the patient's chart, follow physician guidance, and verbalize needing support when something is unclear.Candidates must also be willing to assist with administrative and clinical duties, such as but not limited to answering phones, making appointments, triaging calls, scanning, and obtaining prior authorizations.Candidates should demonstrate the following skills:Comfort with medical terminologyStrong and fast typing skillsHighly organized with good time management skillsExceptional written and oral communication skillsTech-savvy with great computer skillsStrong attention to detailGreat active-listening skillsExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience collaborating and working as part of a teamSelf-starter who works well independentlyAbility to multi-taskStrong people skillsGreat problem-solving abilityEnjoys working as part of a team and lending a hand as neededWe offer a full package of benefits including medical, voluntary dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability.
