Candidates who are coachable, goal-oriented, and energized by sales performance will find this role rewarding.Schedule: Monday–Friday, in officeCompensation: $50,000–$65,000 base salary + commissionsRemote work: Not availableKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships in person and by phoneConduct confident, engaging sales conversations that lead to appropriate insurance solutionsComplete State Farm product training modules within required timelinesFollow up on quotes and customer inquiries within one business dayTrack and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsAssist customers with payments, policy updates, and general service needsRepresent the agency at community events and support local brand growthParticipate in ongoing sales and insurance trainingObtain and maintain required Illinois producer licenses (fire, casualty, life, and health); licensing support providedQualificationsOne or more years of proven sales experience (required)Insurance licenses (fire, casualty, life, and health) strongly preferredBachelor degree preferred (required)Strong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish and English is a plusComfortable using phone systems, email, and computer-based toolsWillingness to obtain required insurance licenses if not currently licensedWillingness and ability to travel locally to customer locations as needed, including employee meetings and sales related events; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based commissionsCertification bonus upon successful licensingPaid holidays and paid time offHealth insuranceOn-the-job trainingProfessional development assistanceSupportive small-team environment with a fast-paced sales culture
