With consistent and constant growth, we are continually seeking new talent to join us and continue to develop with us.Assistant Commercial Lines Account ManagerPosition Summary:The primary function of this role is to provide critical administrative and client support to the Commercial Lines department. Working under the direction of the Director of Commercial Lines Operations, this role is responsible for assisting Account Managers with policy management, documentation, client communication, and daily operational tasks. The Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring prompt service, and supporting the team’s commitment to delivering high-quality insurance solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:Client and Team SupportProvide general administrative assistance to the Commercial Lines Insurance teamRegularly interact with clients, vendors/carriers, Account Managers, and sales executives to support new and existing businessProcess new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, proofs of insurance, manage download activities, process audits & perform agency bill transactionsMaintain positive and professional relationships with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and project completionAttend team meetings, staff meetings, and carrier sessions to stay informed on departmental updates and industry trendsAdministrative and Policy ProcessingPerform receptionist duties including answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail and packagesAccurately input client and policy data into the agency management system in a timely mannerReview policy documents and endorsements to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelinesIdentify discrepancies or issues and escalate them to the appropriate Account ManagerOperational SupportHandle email and phone communications with professionalism and efficiencyFollow all agency systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the operating manualParticipate in training sessions and professional development to build insurance knowledge and enhance skill setPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredActive Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hirePrevious experience in administrative support or customer service requiredInsurance or Financial Services industry experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn industry-specific systems, i.e., Applied EpicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong active listening and interpersonal abilities to support internal and external clientsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsEffective problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by lawPhysical Requirements:Frequently sit, stand, and walkRegularly required to talk or hearFrequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controlsOccasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsVision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focusThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmLocation: 311 Main Street, Irwin, PA 15642Benefits:Competitive CompensationHealth Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany Paid Disability InsuranceSupplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysNo Solicitation Notification to Agencies: Please note that Keystone and our Partner Agencies do not accept unsolicited resumes or calls from third-party recruiters or employment agencies.
