Work outdoors in an active, fast-paced setting. What You’ll Do: Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently. Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Assist with general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and site cleanup. Load and unload materials as needed. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment. Follow all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2+ years of construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
