Role Description This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for a Data Analyst in our Boston, MA office. The Data Analyst will perform data collection, cleaning, and analysis to extract actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves generating reports, building data models, and identifying trends or patterns in datasets. The analyst will also collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively communicate findings and contribute to company growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret and analyze complex datasetsProficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling for identifying patterns, trends, and actionable insightsExcellent Communication skills for translating data-driven insights into clear, concise reports and presentationsAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong aptitude for working with numbersProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software is a plusBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
