As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to take ownership of core intelligence systems that power everything our users love.If you thrive on building production-grade AI systems, leading ambiguous high-impact projects, and shaping the future of multi-agent orchestration, this is your chance to make a significant mark.What You Will Do and AchieveOwn and evolve core parts of our AI platform, spanning search, retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration.Lead the design and build-out of a sophisticated multi-agent system, defining new agent “pillars” and how they collaborate effectively in production.Architect and scale robust document processing pipelines (Kubernetes-based) — including ingestion, parsing, chunking, indexing, and structured data extraction across diverse document types.Design and continuously improve search and retrieval systems (ranking, query understanding, and QA) grounded in real user behavior and product needs.Help build and expand our knowledge graph, modeling entities and relationships to power more intelligent reasoning and retrieval.Drive ambiguous, high-impact projects end-to-end — from problem definition through experimentation to productionization.Establish and strengthen evaluation and experimentation frameworks to measure system quality and guide rapid iteration.Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code and raise the engineering bar across the team.Who You Are7+ years of experience building and shipping production ML/AI systems.Proven track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects and delivering measurable impact.Strong hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLM-based applications, or orchestration frameworks.Deep expertise in document processing pipelines (parsing, chunking, indexing, structured extraction), ideally in distributed environments like Kubernetes.Experience building or working with knowledge graphs and modeling relationships between entities.Background in one or more of: search/ranking systems, NLP, recommendation systems, or large-scale data/ML infrastructure.Strong coding skills in Python or Go, with a focus on production systems and scalability.Highly analytical, product-minded, and data-driven in your decision making.Bonus: Experience in construction or other document-heavy industries is a strong plus.This is a fully remote role with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure that directly impacts how people create, learn, and innovate.Why Join AskPromptAI?Join at a critical inflection point and have real ownership over systems that power our entire platform.Work on meaningful AI that helps real users — students, creators, and professionals — achieve better results faster.Collaborate with a passionate team in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.Enjoy the flexibility of full remote work while solving hard, rewarding technical problems.If you’re excited about building production multi-agent systems, scaling intelligent document pipelines, and shaping the next generation of AI tools, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now - https://askpromptai.com/ai-job-finder
