Talent & People Operations Manager📍 East Coast Preferred | Remote (Hybrid Expectations if NYC-Based)About the OpportunityOur client is a rapidly growing real estate investment and operating platform focused on scaling a large, operationally intensive property management business across multiple markets.As the company continues to grow through acquisitions and operational expansion, they are looking to hire a Talent & People Operations Manager to help build and support the people infrastructure behind the platform.This is a highly visible opportunity sitting at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Organizational Infrastructure.The RoleThis role will own full-cycle recruiting across the property management platform while also helping build scalable onboarding programs, interview processes, performance management infrastructure, and acquisition integration workflows.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building systems, operating cross-functionally, and creating structure within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionOwn full-cycle recruiting across property management and operational functionsSource candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, job boards, and industry networksManage interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer processesPartner with hiring managers on job scoping, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategyHelp strengthen employer branding and referral initiativesPeople Operations & InfrastructureBuild and improve onboarding and new hire experiencesSupport performance review processes and people program infrastructureDevelop scalable interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflowsMaintain internal policies, documentation, and employee resourcesCoordinate onboarding compliance and operational readiness for new hiresAcquisition & Integration SupportSupport onboarding and integration of newly acquired property teamsAssist with organizational transitions, communications, and process alignmentPartner with operations leadership on scalable integration processesWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience across recruiting, people operations, HR, or talent functionsExperience within multifamily, property management, real estate, hospitality, student housing, or other multi-site operational businesses strongly preferredStrong recruiting and sourcing capabilitiesExperience building or improving onboarding, performance management, or people processesComfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to balance tactical execution with operational/process-oriented thinkingLocationRemote, East Coast preferredCandidates based in NYC may have periodic hybrid/in-office expectationsIf interested, apply directly or message me confidentially for additional information.
