Parrish McCall is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support these efforts.
The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, customer oriented, proactive and have a track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible self-starter with excellent organizational, computer, communication, and time management skills. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Job Responsibilities:
Request, track, review, and approve material submittals from subcontractors
Write, track, and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs)
Receive, review, approve, and submit pay applications
Keep As-Built documents up-to-date by posting Field Orders, RFI responses, and as-built changes
Receive, request, and track subcontractor insurance
Manage Owner Direct Purchase programs
Familiarity with contract documents (plans and specifications)
Log owner and subcontractor change orders into Sage Job Cost software
Request and track criminal background screenings, health records, and infection control training
Preparing Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) documents and attending AHCA inspections
Event planning including meetings, inspections, and celebrations
Request, review, and compile project closeout documents (as-builts, warranties, and operations and maintenance manuals)
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of appropriate software, including BIM 360, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage, FieldWire, and Bluebeam
Decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Efficient typing skills
Willingness to learn
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Previous accounting, administrative, or project management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
