Front Desk Manager

*Job Overview* As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth practice operations. *Responsibilities* - Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out process - Manage and oversee scheduling and room assignments efficiently - Handle new patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Oversee the front desk team and provide training as needed - Maintain a clean working environment - Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages effectively *Skills* - Strong patient relations skills to provide excellent customer service - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling patient or attorney inquiries - Knowledge of medical office management practices - Ability to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Spanish) - Experience with eCW (eClinicalWorks) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
