Core Duties Configure and run diverse equipment in alignment with established production requirements. Oversee equipment performance to guarantee that all output adheres to our quality benchmarks. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve minor technical malfunctions. Keep precise logs of manufacturing output and notify management regarding any operational concerns. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety guidelines. Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production targets and schedules are successfully achieved. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training related to machinery is beneficial. Demonstrated history of working as a machine operator or in a comparable capacity. Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to resolve technical issues. Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints. High level of precision and a dedication to maintaining superior quality standards. Capable of thriving in a rapid production setting while managing various responsibilities. Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
