Maintenance Technician

Full Time River Bend Estates We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks for our River Bend Estate property. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and grounds work to ensure that our facilities are both clean and well maintained. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Duties to Include: – Maintenance of buildings & units – Light painting, landscaping and turnover of units when tenants vacate – Minor plumbing & basic electrical repairs – Snow removal from walkways Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical a plus. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools. Compensation: Based upon experience.
