Human Resources Business Partner - Level IVersaLogic's team of high-tech folk design and manufacture high-reliability embedded computer boards for mission-critical applications across aeronautic, defense and medical industries.Job SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner (Level I) collaborates with management to align HR strategies with business goals while supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and compensation processes. The HRBP drives training and development initiatives and ensures HR policies and practices remain current and compliant with all applicable requirements.Job DutiesPartner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support overall business objectives including workforce planning, talent development, and organizational designCoordinate new hire onboarding, schedule and facilitate orientations, prepare and process new hire paperwork, and partner with managers and cross-functional teams for new hire trainingServe as the primary point of contact for all employee relation matters, provide coaching, conflict resolution and guidance to employees and managementManage benefit administration, open enrollment, new hire benefit enrollment, qualifying life events, and inquiries and benefit issuesAdminister the annual performance review process, including timelines, communications, and compensation adjustments, providing guidance and support to management throughout the review processMaintain the Employee Handbook and company policies, updating as necessary to ensure accurate, accessible information for employees and to maintain compliance with company standards and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulationsDevelop and implement training that equips staff with skills necessary for development and long-term successEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and HR experience; Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is a plusMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in the field of Human ResourcesKnowledge of laws affecting Human Resources administration including state and federal employment laws (i.e., EEO, FMLA, OFLA, Wage & Hour)Ability to understand, interpret and apply policies and procedures and provide guidance on HR issuesAbility to effectively handle and communicate confidential informationExperience with integrated HRISSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision making, development/planning, performance gap analysis, and conflict management skillsAdept at using various Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Power PointFor salary & benefit informaton contact timt@versalogic.com
