Our work includes senior leadership, Board, and CEO assignments.Purpose of the roleAs an Executive Assistant within Executive Search, you are a key partner in the delivery of complex search assignments and business development activities. Key responsibilities include:Acting as a primary liaison to clients and candidates throughout the search process, ensuring clear, professional communicationManaging search assignments from start to finish in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and complianceCoordinating calendars, interviews, meetings, and travel for Partners, clients, and candidatesDrafting and refining proposals, position specifications, presentations, and candidate documentationSupporting commercial processes, including invoicing, reporting, expense handling, and follow‐upMaintaining high‐quality data and documentation across search and CRM systemsHandling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalismThe profile we are looking forYou are a highly professional Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast‐paced, client‐facing environment and takes pride in being reliable, organised, and discreet.You bring:* Experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or administration within a professional services environment(experience in executive search firms or legal firms is highly relevant)Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholdersA structured, calm approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityA proactive, hands‐on mindset with strong ownershipComfort working independently while being a true team playerStrong professional integrity, discretion, and sound judgmentAbility to perform well under time pressure and meet deadlinesExperience and qualificationsDegree‐level education or equivalent professional experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience supporting senior professionals in a professional services environmentExperience with CRM or workflow systems is an advantageFluent in Dutch and EnglishWhy Korn FerryKorn Ferry offers the chance to work at the heart of executive‐level decision‐making in a supportive, professional environment.
