**Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative (Temporary)****Location:** Remote (U.S.-based applicants only)**Pay:** $18.50/hour**Start Date:** June 1, 2026**Job Type:** Temporary / Contract**Position Overview**We are hiring **Healthcare Call Center Representatives** to support a high-volume, fast-paced inbound contact center. In this role, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling a high call volume, can think critically, and have prior call center experience.**Work Schedule**New hires will be assigned one of the following schedules:+ **Weekday Shifts:** 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST **or** 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST+ **Weekend Requirement:** Either Saturday **or** Sunday:9:00 AM - 5:30 PM **or** 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST+ **Days Off:** Two days per week (may not be consecutive)**Training (Required)**+ Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST+ Duration: 1-2 weeks+ **Full attendance is required** (time off is not permitted during training)**Key Responsibilities**+ Handle high-volume inbound calls and accurately document interactions+ Research and resolve billing inquiries using account history and internal systems+ Provide information on coverage, claims, deductibles, and benefits+ Assist members, providers, and facilities with healthcare-related questions+ Escalate complex issues as needed**Qualifications**+ High School Diploma or equivalent required+ Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience+ Prior experience in a high-volume call center **required**+ Healthcare experience preferred (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, PBM, etc.)+ Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills+ Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment**Screening Requirements**+ Criminal background check (including fingerprinting)+ 5-panel drug screening (THC not permitted)**Interview Process**+ 30-minute video interview via Microsoft Teams+ Candidates should have flexible availability for scheduling**Available Shifts**We offer multiple consistent, non-rotating full-time schedules:**Shift 1**+ Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ Thursday: Off+ Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ Saturday: Off**Shifts 2-5 (Same Schedule)**+ Sunday: Off+ Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ Saturday: Off**Shift 6**+ Sunday: Off+ Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM+ Wednesday: Off+ Thursday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**Shift 7**+ Sunday: Off+ Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM+ Saturday: Off**Shifts 8-9 (Same Schedule)**+ Sunday: Off+ Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM+ Saturday: Off**Shift 10**+ Sunday: Off+ Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM+ Tuesday: Off+ Wednesday - Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM**Additional Scheduling Notes**+ Schedules are consistent and do not rotate+ Candidates must be available for their full assigned shift+ Flexibility may be required based on business needsAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
