You will work under varying levels of supervision based on your experience, gaining increasing independence as you progress. Key responsibilities include:Assisting with project management, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.Planning, organizing, and managing engineering projects.Ensuring regulatory compliance and leading technical teams.Engaging in decision-making, technical analysis, project coordination, and engineering oversight.Working collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and long-term performance goals.Specialized Engineering FunctionsElectrical/I&C Engineering: Electric distribution systems, power systems, ladder logic, safe shutdown analysis, computational tools (ETAP, EDISON).Mechanical Engineering: Pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipe stress analysis, ASME standards.Civil/Structural Engineering: Designs and manages civil infrastructure components, including foundations, site grading, and drainage systems. Seismic qualification, pipe supports, GT Strudel, welding, rigging.MOV Valve Engineering: Diagnostics, troubleshooting, valve program management.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Engineering required.0 - 5 years of experience in engineering studies and analysis.Ability to provide interpretations and conclusions from data, develop technical documentation, and give technical guidance to lower-level engineers and technicians.Experience preparing job cost estimates, pole bore details, NJUNS forms, and other required documents and reports for construction and maintenance projects.Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.PreferencesKnowledge of renewables technology.Knowledge of controls and/or alarm management.Understanding of Quality (Six Sigma).Don't miss this opportunity to advance your engineering career in a thriving industry.
