This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a strong focus on leading paid social campaigns end-to-end while partnering closely with clients and internal teams.This is a good fit for someone who’s hands-on in paid social but also wants to step further into strategy, client interaction, and team leadership.ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day lead on paid social campaigns, from planning through execution and optimizationTranslate broader marketing goals into clear, actionable paid social strategies across platformsOversee campaign setup, trafficking coordination, pacing, and performance monitoringManage the workflow across campaigns including planning, activation, optimizations, and post-campaign reportingPartner with cross-functional teams across strategy, investment, and activation to develop media plans and respond to client needsIdentify new opportunities, platforms, and approaches to improve performance and bring fresh thinking to campaignsStay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging capabilities within paid socialPlay a role in client communication, helping present recommendations and performance insightsSupport and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverablesRequirements5+ years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid socialHands-on experience across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reportingPrior experience mentoring or managing junior team membersStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendationsClear communicator who can work cross-functionally and contribute in client-facing settingsSomeone who’s proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
