The role encompasses managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, enhancing employer branding, and conducting interviews to identify top talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create recruitment strategies, and successfully execute hiring plans to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves curating an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with company values and priorities.QualificationsProven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and effective Hiring processesStrong skills in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talentProficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates to match role requirementsDeep knowledge and experience in Recruiting strategies and talent sourcing techniquesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to foster positive relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience working in the energy sector or related industries is preferred.
