Join a team committed to excellent communication, quality care, and creating a happier home environment for our clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide warm and engaging companionship to clients to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote emotional well-beingAssist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as neededOffer medication reminders to ensure clients take medications on timeHelp prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessaryPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environmentProvide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activitiesOffer specialized support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease to enhance comfort and safetyObserve and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to supervisorsEnsure the overall safety and well-being of clients during care visitsRequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors or in home health careCertified STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) credentials preferred but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanorAbility to assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and hygieneDependable and flexible availability to meet client scheduling needsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for client-related errands and appointmentsPhysical capability to assist with mobility and transfers when necessaryCommitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and safety at all timesWillingness to complete background checks and participate in required training programsBenefitsEarn a competitive hourly rate of up to $20 per hourEnjoy flexible scheduling, primarily on weekendsReferral bonus availableWork within a supportive team environmentAccess opportunities for growth and career advancement
