Project Manager Stores & Operations
PurposeThis role will support and execute the retail strategies that support profitability, efficiencies, and the overarching retail ambition. This role will effectively manage and execute DTC retail strategic projects and initiatives. This role will facilitate key retail drumbeats, including trading forums, leadership forums and steering committees as necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionLead and manage cross‑functional projects across the DTC business from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with strategic priorities.Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping shape project approaches and identify risks and opportunities. Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan through effectively coordinating people and resources.Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, translating strategy into actionable milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Create appropriate work back calendars to ensure projects are completed on time.Effectively manage budgets and resources associated with projects.Conduct post‑mortems, recaps, and teardowns to drive continuous improvement and institutional learning.Anticipate roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.CollaborationFor assigned projects, lead all project meetings and touch bases.Based on projects support senior management meetings including content deliverables, cadence of meetings and action planning.Act as key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders for project needs and timelines.Build strong relationships across the organization to influence without authority and drive shared ownership of project outcomes.Provide clear, consistent communication to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and accountable.
