SAP Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead - ONSITE - Part time
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. Master''s degree preferred.Experience:10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5+ years specifically leading OCM for large-scale SAP implementations (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive OCM strategies, communication plans, and training programs.Demonstrated success in driving user adoption and managing resistance in complex project environments.Experience working with global or multi-national organizations preferred.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of SAP modules and their impact on business processes.Proficiency with OCM methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR certification highly desirable).Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).Experience with change management software or collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) is a plus.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation abilities.Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
