Job Description Position: DispatcherImplement and maintain an effective dispatch systemMust have Automotive Service ExperienceManages the workflow in the shopCoordinate and assign tickets to the techniciansEnsure the shop is efficient and productiveCommunicate between technicians, service advisors and managementEnsuring completed repairs meet quality standards and perform road test on all vehiclesMonitor the progress of repairs, update job status, and proactively communicate any delays or issuesStaying up to date on vehicle maintenance, warranties and any marketing campaigns being runAdvises parts manager and service manager of repetitive shortage so that corrective action can be taken.Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.Assists with safety, housekeeping and OSHA Right-to-Know policies and procedures throughout the service department.Maintains a clean work area.Other duties assigned
