Working together, we’ll create a future that’s more connected, more intelligent, more sustainable for everyone.Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager who will successfully coordinate the deliverables and timelines for the integration and test of our body controls, mobile app vehicle features, and cross functional vehicle features. This individual will help ensure alignment across teams and will ensure we deliver software for new vehicles and recurring OTA software updates.ResponsibilitiesTrack deliverables and milestones for requirements, architecture, and integration of cross functional features such as Pet Comfort, Camping, Car Wash Mode, ETC.Track deliverables and milestones for integration and test of Body Controls features and Mobile App integration with vehicle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and plan the deliverables across multiple competing vehicle programs, ensuring the Test and Integration team is aligned and on track.Work with technical leads to identify and prioritize bugs/features for inclusion in each release based on technical risk, complexity, and delivery milestones.Provide regular updates on release progress and potential issues to the program team and executive management, ensuring transparency and timely communication.Conduct proper escalations if deliverables are at risk of missing deadlines and implement mitigation strategies to stay on track.Proactively identify and drive resolution of release blockers and risks to prevent schedule delays while maintaining robust software quality.Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements; implement changes after soliciting feedback from the various stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields with 5+ years relevant experience3+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience.Experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle from user story creation to validation.Understanding of Software Defined Vehicle architectures and systems.Experience with iterative test and validation strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.Expert in agile and waterfall development process using Jira and other program management tools.Proven track record with software development project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.Total RewardsTotal compensation packages for full-time positions include base salary, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, and eligibility for equity.In addition, our benefits package has been designed to support the health and wellness of our employees.
