Job Description Position: Paper Machine Operator - 3rd shiftLocation: Duluth, GASchedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AMPay: $18.00/hourJob Type: Temp-to-HireJob SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a client manufacturing facility in Duluth, GA. This role safely operates and monitors paper production equipment, makes machine adjustments, maintains product quality, and performs basic troubleshooting on an overnight schedule. Start date is ASAP.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor industrial paper production machinerySet up and adjust machine controls according to production specificationsMonitor machine performance throughout the production processInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standardsIdentify machine issues and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustmentsPerform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical problemsMaintain accurate production, quality, and operational recordsFollow all company safety policies and manufacturing proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goalsAssist with material handling and other production duties as neededFollow all PPE and workplace safety requirementsMust HavesUpdated resume requiredProven experience as a Machine OperatorPrevious industrial or manufacturing experienceAbility to operate and monitor production machineryAbility to read controls, measurements, and production specificationsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasksAbility to lift and move materials as requiredReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work the full 3rd shift scheduleAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.#ZR\nCompany Description At SKL'D, we make job hunting easy, exciting, and full of possibilities.
