We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Drafter (MEP AutoCAD) to support projects within semiconductor manufacturing environments. In this role, you will partner with engineering and project teams to develop, modify, and maintain technical drawings and documentation for facility and equipment-related initiatives.The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD skills, experience interpreting building drawings, and a working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environments.FACILITIES DRAFTER AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Create, revise, and maintain mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and architectural drawings using AutoCADPrepare schematic designs and design development plans in collaboration with the teamCoordinate with external engineering firms and provide facility plans as neededInterpret building drawings, blueprints, and technical specificationsPerform BIM audits of external design firm drawings to ensure compliance with customer standardsUtilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project workflows while adhering to company standardsPartner with engineering teams to update fab and sub-fab layoutsDevelop "what-if" design scenarios to support engineering analysisUpdate as-built drawings and maintain the master database in MeridianCollaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to support project executionEnsure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirementsSupport facility maintenance, upgrades, and construction documentationAssist with drafting updates for semiconductor manufacturing systems and layoutsMaintain accurate records and organized drawing archivesTHE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:Experience in MEP and or architectural draftingExperience supporting large facility projects from design development through as-built documentationStrong proficiency in AutoCADExperience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Familiarity with document management systemsAbility to read and interpret building drawings and blueprintsKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, quick learner with effective time management skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:Pay: up to $38.00 per hour Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
