HR Generalist (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Position Summary
Crazy Shirts is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient HR operations.
The HR Generalist serves as a key partner to managers and employees, helping to drive performance, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Staffing
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and required competencies
Ensure timely and accurate job postings across all platforms
Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring effectiveness
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters
Conduct investigations, address employee concerns, and provide recommendations to management
Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding and ensure completion through Paycom
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Support HR initiatives, policy updates, and process improvements
Training & Performance Management
Support training initiatives and track completion
Partner with managers on performance reviews and provide guidance on ratings and documentation
Reinforce company policies and expectations across all teams
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and compliance
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred

Schedule: Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; however, occasional weekend availability is required during peak holiday periods.
