Experienced Collision Body Technician – Dealer-Based, OE Certified Shop

We are a dealer-based, multi-OE certified collision repair center seeking an experienced Body Technician to join our growing team. What We Offer: Dealer-based collision center with multiple OEM certifications OEM tooling and equipment provided Paid training and ongoing OE certifications World-class, clean, organized, and well-equipped facility Consistent work volume Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Benefits available Responsibilities: Perform structural and non-structural body repairs following OEM repair procedures Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with safety and quality as top priorities Use proper repair methods, tools, and documentation required by OE certifications Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and technicians Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in required training and certification programs Qualifications: Previous experience as a collision body technician Ability to perform high-quality metal and panel repairs Familiarity with OEM repair procedures (I-CAR/OE certifications a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Auto body repair: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
