DescriptionMartinizing Cleaners is looking for a Garment Presser & Finisher!Most of our extraordinary team is hired, and we are looking for the last few exceptional, motivated teammates!We are building something special and seek a Garment Presser & Finisher for our brand new, environmentally-friendly Martinizing dry cleaning plant in Cedar Park.This key teammate must be reliable, a quick learner, with strong ability to multitask, and like working a fast-paced production environment. Also essential are high attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, pride in one's work, and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a hard-working and passionate garment production team, in a growth business, to help us produce the best product and run an efficient, streamlined, professional operation.Responsibilities of a Presser & Finisher:Press and finish freshly-washed garments using assigned methods and equipmentMeet all Martinizing standards of pressing quality and efficiencyRun wet cleaning loadsFold and organize pressed and finished garmentsCooperate with other members of the production team to ensure all production targets are metSorting of garments to proper stations throughout the plantGeneral housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearanceAdditional duties as assignedPerks of the Presser & Finisher Role:Employee DiscountsWeekends offMajor Holidays OffUniforms ProvidedPrevious experience working in a dry cleaning or laundry facility is preferred but not required.If you have previously worked as a housekeeper, cleaner, custodian, or in general labor, please apply! We will teach you how to press garments and how to use all the necessary equipment. It is most important for us to hire the right person for our team culture.Hiring Immediately!RequirementsExperience working in a fast-paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle customer's garments with care.Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate pressing equipment.Previous cleaning and pressing experience preferred but not required.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must be able to start immediately.Company InformationWe are different and are building something remarkable.
