Strategic Program Manager - National Security

Intelligence and Security Associates (ISA) is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects within a program. You will define scope, develop plans and budgets, align goals with strategy, and lead teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Candidates should have 14+ years of complex project management experience, proficiency in Agile and Waterfall, and a Bachelor's degree. PMP is a plus.
