2nd shift Master Maintenance Technician

Maintains and repairs all production equipment. Operates and maintains e-coat paint system including testing, preventative maintenance as needed. Maintains, repairs or constructs plant facilities such as plumbing, wiring, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and building repairs. Builds, repairs and maintains electronic equipment and controls. Lays out facilities from blueprints, sketches, and/or verbal instructions using advanced shop mathematics. Set up and troubleshoot balancers. Determines extent of repairs needed and advises on purchases of parts and getting work done by outside vendors. Follows through on requests for repairs. Plans and performs millwright work connected with the installation or rearrangement of plant machinery and/or structure. Be able to identify priorities and perform job duties with little or no supervision. Refers only complex problems to supervisor and willing to suggest alternate solutions to solving problems.
