Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects throughout the Tucson area. This position is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized leader with experience managing multiple commercial projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completionDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controlsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teamsOversee procurement, subcontract administration, and material trackingManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentationCollaborate closely with Superintendents to support field operations and maintain project schedulesConduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates and reportingEnsure compliance with company safety standards and project specificationsIdentify project risks and proactively implement solutionsMaintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersSupport successful project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty coordinationQualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionGround-up commercial construction experience requiredTenant improvement and renovation experience preferredStrong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract managementAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredValid driver’s license required
