About The RoleWe're hiring a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to support hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. You'll be the key contact between hotels and our HotelPro team, ensuring each hotel property has the staffing and support they need to succeed.This is a seasonal opportunity until June, 2026 - high chances to become permanent!ResponsibilitiesSupport client communication and activitiesVisit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality, staffing coverage and to engage with team membersRecruit, hire, and onboard new Team MembersAssist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team MembersRespond quickly to client and staffing needsEnsure payroll accuracy and HR compliancePromote HotelPro's values and positive cultureRequirementsBilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!1+ year of experience in support roles, hospitality is a plus!Schedule flexibility to work as business needs require; including weekends and eveningsValid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)Previous experience working independentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamworkTech-savvy and eager to learn new systemsPassion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team MembersWho We AreHotelPro is a national leader in hospitality staffing with regional offices across the U.S. We're proud to be a trusted, nationally preferred partner to top hotel management companies—driven by a legacy of excellence and people-first service.
