At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners.ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient dietary assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans.Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure quality standards in outpatient services.Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to meet clinical targets.Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and dietary compliance.Meet defined performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based forecasting.Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize treatment plans.Document all consultations and outcomes in electronic health records.Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes.Participate in continuous professional development and credential maintenance.Assist in care coordination for referral networks and follow-up scheduling.Support team-based culture by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff.Participate in patient outreach and education events to raise service visibility.Experience/QualificationsRegistered Dietitian (RD) with state licensure in IowaOutpatient nutrition assessment and personalized plan developmentDocumentation in electronic health records with HIPAA complianceMonitoring progress and adjusting plans to meet clinical targetsCollaboration with physicians and care teams for integrated careKnowledge of outpatient regulatory standards and quality metricsPatient education on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and adherenceData-driven approach to identify opportunities for better outcomesParticipation in care coordination for referrals and follow-up schedulingActive participation in professional development and credential maintenanceWhat's in it for you?
