FTZ Admin & Trade Compliance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced FTZ Administrator & Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and support our import/export trade compliance program. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, FTZ Board requirements, and U.S. trade laws while driving operational efficiency and risk mitigation.What You'll DoManage day-to-day FTZ operations, transactions, and compliance activitiesPrepare and submit CBP filings including daily transactions, applications, and annual reportsInterpret FTZ regulations, CBP guidance, and zone proceduresMaintain and reconcile ICRS and ensure accurate FTZ recordkeepingServe as the primary contact with CBP officers, Zone Operators, and FTZ UsersSupport audits, validations, and compliance reviewsAssist with trade compliance activities including tariff management, HTS classification, FTAs, duty drawback, and post-entry reconciliationsManage Customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure alignment with FTZ and compliance requirementsMonitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the businessDevelop SOPs and provide FTZ and trade compliance training as neededWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in FTZ administration, trade compliance, customs brokerage, or import/export operationsWorking knowledge of CBP regulations, FTZ requirements, and U.S. trade compliance lawsExperience with FTZ inventory systems and ERP platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with an audit-ready mindsetAbility to pass CBP background checksWhy Join Us?This role offers high visibility and impact within a regulated, business-critical function.
