Reports to: Department Supervisor
Location: Everett, Washington
Compensation Range: $20.77 - $24.00 depending on experience
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 1st Shift 6am – 2:30pm
Position Summary
Responsible for the overall maintenance of all equipment and implementation of new equipment
Essential Functions Statement(s)
To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation,
each essential function satisfactorily. Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Troubleshoot, support & repair of all production equipment
Determine material, parts, and equipment to be used for repair, installation and stock.
Install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and other related systems in all production and supporting departments
Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment
Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines
Design and implement installation of new equipment and tools
Must comply with all company safety rules and policies
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in facility maintenance
1+ years of electrical experience with certification
1+ years of plumbing experience with certification
1+ years of welding experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces (if applicable)
Constant exposure to moving mechanical parts.
Constant reaching, grasping and fine manipulation with both hands and arms.
Constant standing and moving.
Occasional bending/squatting.
Occasional repetitive motion.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/industrial setting with moving machinery and equipment
Exposure to noise, dust, and chemical odors (monitored and regulated by EHS)
Temperature fluctuations based on weather and facility conditions
PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, aprons, boots, respirator, etc.)

Work Environment:
Temperatures in the work environment can fluctuate with outside weather conditions. Due to the manufacturing environment, Personal Protection Equipment may be required including safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator (provided by Company).
