Yatooma Law, P.C. is now operating as a remote worksite. We are seeking a paralegal who can prepare legal documents, conduct research, maintain computer filing systems, handle client communications, summarize discovery materials, and assist with additional administrative duties as needed. The right candidate must have outstanding communication, writing, and organizational skills. Compensation ranges from $50k-$62k. Flexible work from home options available.Key Responsibilities:Answer all correspondence in a timely manner and conduct telephone interviews with prospective clients.Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients and witnesses.Manage attorney calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.Required Qualifications:Two years of experience as a paralegal.Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program.Proficient in Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
