LTC LPN - Long Term Care Licensed Practical NurseThis is a 13-week contract position. 12-hour shifts during the day. The LTC LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including medication administration and monitoring vital signs. Assist with daily living activities and promote resident hygiene. Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
