Senior Backend & DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure Focus)

*Job Summary* Core Mission: Build the platform foundation, ensure server stability, and integrate with data center hardware. · Responsibilities: · Deploy and maintain private cloud virtualization (KVM/OpenStack) and Kubernetes clusters. · Integrate data center storage (NAS/SAN) and GPU compute nodes; design high-speed internal network data transfer protocols. · Develop core business APIs (Python/Go), design PostgreSQL schemas and Redis caching strategies. · Set up monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana) to ensure 24/7 reliability and proactive alerting. · Requirements: · Must have: 3+ years of backend experience, proficient in FastAPI or Spring Boot, with proven microservices architecture design. · Must have: Deep Linux expertise, production-grade K8s administration (Helm Charts, Docker Compose, service mesh). · Strong plus: Hands-on experience with Celery/Redis task queues, MinIO/S3 object storage, or NVIDIA Triton inference server. · Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a "builder-operator" role, comfortable wearing both architect and firefighter hats.
