Part-Time | In-Home ABAImmediate cases available.Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Bronx, New York.We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.SchedulePart-timeMinimum 15 hours per week requiredCases available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMDaytime and afternoon cases availableConsistent weekly assignmentsCompensation$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)What You'll DoProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's homeImplement treatment plans designed by a BCBACollect and record session data using a mobile deviceWrite clear, accurate session notesSupport development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skillsMaintain professionalism with families and caregiversTraining is available for candidates new to ABA.RequirementsReliable transportation (required)Access to a mobile device for documentationHigh school diploma (required)Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferredExperience working with children strongly preferredMust pass background screeningAble to engage in physical activity including kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 poundsWillingness to accept supervision and feedbackSpanish speaking a plusRBT certification is strongly preferred but not required.
