Project Manager

Our client is hiring a Project Manager for its Itasca, IL office to help bring custom packaging and branded product solutions to life. In this role, you’ll support projects through the full lifecycle — from initial concept through production and final delivery — while partnering closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.This is a highly visible, relationship-driven opportunity with regular interaction across internal teams, clients, and suppliers. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, solving problems, and keeping projects organized and on track in a fast-paced environment.If you’re looking for a role where you can make a direct impact and play an important part in delivering a strong client experience, this may be a great fit!Responsibilities:You will learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry and need a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes.You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team.You will interact daily with both clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers building these relationships for long term business.You will identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures.You will have an opportunity to drive best practice though feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well.You will have oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients and independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation are paramount.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.Strong excel skills required.
