We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender for Lapis and Lapop. Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for executing high-quality beverage service while providing an engaging and memorable guest experience. This role requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining professionalism and warmth. The Bartender will collaborate closely with both bar and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Beverage Execution Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation. Execute both classic and house cocktails with precision while adhering to established recipes and standards. Maintain full knowledge of all menu offerings and beverage programs. 2. Guest Experience Deliver attentive, engaging, and personalized service to all guests. Build rapport by making thoughtful recommendations, answering questions, and guiding guests through the menu. Create a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere that reflects our standards of hospitality. 3. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Support team members as needed to maintain flow and uphold service standards during high-volume periods. 4. Bar Organization & Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times. Ensure all tools, glassware, garnishes, and products are prepared and readily available for service. Follow proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures while minimizing waste. 5. Operational Standards & Compliance Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service. Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures accurately and consistently. 6. POS & Cash Handling Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems (e.g., Toast). Manage tabs, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure accuracy in all entries. Complete end-of-shift responsibilities as required. 7. Sales & Product Knowledge Confidently recommend and upsell menu items, including cocktails, wine, and specials.
